25b Aufenthalt to Niederlassungerlaubnis

Hello, I am holding a104c visa and I’m all set to apply for 25b. My question is after I get 25b visa how and when can I apply for Niederlassungerlaubnis?

I presume you were first in the asylum process, then had a Duldung and then were issued with a permit 104c.

The earliest you could be entitled to the Niederlassungserlaubnis is 5 years after you were issued with the permit 104c. Generally 5 years with a resident permit is the minimum amount of time required. You must, however, fulfil other conditions besides the 5 years with a residence permit. An important one is having made 60 months of pension contributions.
