I receive letters about payment for medical services. The amounts are significant! I did not voluntarily seek medical help. And they took me forcibly in a drunken state without my consent or the consent of my relatives! How to dispute?

Firstly, do you have health insurance and if so, could it cover these costs?

Generally, a doctor is required to have the consent of the patient before a medical procedure. In cases where a person is intoxicated, it is not possible for them to give informed consent. In such cases, medical procedureas can only be done if the person is a danger to themselves.

This question has to do with medical law and is not an area we have expertise on. I recoemmend you call the independant patient helpline and ask them about it. They have certain times where they offer advice on the helpline in Arabic, Turkish and Russian.
