As I mentioned in may answer on your last question, I highly recommend you to discuss these ideas with a lawyer or an experienced counselling office. I am not a lawyer and I am afraid that Wefugees, as a public and general Q&A platform, can not provide individual legal counselling - especially if it comes to complex situations like yours.
I know, for instance, that authorities evaluate the process of withdrawing an asylum application to avoid the ban to work very different in the different federal states. It is indeed quite complicated and absolutely mandatory to have good guidance here.
