Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

Yes, with a residence permit according to section 104c of the German Residence Act (“Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht”) and a valid passport you are able/allowed to travel to your country of origin.

The same applies to the residence permit according to 25b (which you may subsequently receive after 18 months or earlier, if meeting the requirements). Please see this thread for more details (in German though).
