I'd like to ask about the Dublin procedure i-e I travelled from my origin country to The Netherlands with a Schengen visa and after that I came to France and asked asylum the date was 10th Jan 2020, but unfortunately the préfecture summoned me after 6 months that your responsible country is NL you must have to go there and ask asylum but I appealed in the Tribunal and the tribunal decision was aslo same and after that I became the victim of control and the Border police took me to the detention centre I stayed there for about 2 months and 20 days and after that I got released from there. Moreover, the tribunal decision was made on 17 of sep 2020 and on the coming 17 of March 2022 will be completed 18 months so I'd be eligible to ask asylum again will be considered normal. Pls help me out. Thanks with regards
