If you returned to your home country and stayed there for at least 3 months, your second application for asylum can be treated as a new case. But it's not guaranteed that this happens (it's a discretionary decision). If you get registered in Italy or Greece they might ignore the fact that you returned home and send you to Germany because you already left your fingerprints there. Germany, on the other hand, could refer to the law I outlined above and send you back to them.

I can't tell you what exactly will happen, but it seems to be possible in general to apply again.
