You are doing really well! Working full time already after 2 years in Germany is great! I am also happy to hear that you were able to move to your own flat!
I just shared some thoughts regarding a very similar situation like your's here - maybe you want to check my answer for some information (i.e. on appealing against the BAMF).
In general, we can hardly evaluate whether it is a good sign that your case is still pending or not. I recommend you to consult a refugee counselling office (the most specialised program on this would be the so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung"/asylum procedure counselling) to assess your case as a whole. They can also contact the BAMF and apply for the inspection of your files to see what is going on. Let us know if you need help with finding a respective counselling service in your area.
