Mini Job offer from other city

I have questions related to my case. I have mini Job offer in other city. My family have apply asylum seeker since 2022/05 but I have baby so case delay. And we currently study German.  In my current city is small it difficult to find job. Honestly I apply many time pass interview but they require driving license. We have register driving school waiting almost 9 months. I have mini Job offer from other city but I think it difficult to move. So I really need advice for help. Because mini Job can't cover whole family member expense and rental fee. But my husband will find job when can move there. Any organization can help us.

I totally understand that your situation is quite frustrating - I am sorry to hear.

From my experience, however, the process of moving to another city during the asylum procedure is really complicated and only granted in exceptional cases (the approval of a so-called "Umverteilungsantrag"). I am afraid, that a minijob offer might not convince the authorities to give you the permission. To assess your individual case as a whole, I recommend you to contact a counselling office (as you already thought of). This search engine can help to find respective services in your area. If you want to share your approximate location, I am also happy to make some research.

The job offer from other city is kind of part time job 120 hours in bavaria. Honestly in Greiz me and my family difficult to find job. We apply but still no interviews. We have apply for other city such as Leipzig and München pass but they saying , they can’t wait and ask for approval or that we cannot move. So they can’t waiting. Now both of us , we are taking b1 German. Exam on July. We can speak English fluently and i have working experience at bank 6 years and my husband 10 years experience in logistics manager.

In small town is difficult to get job and driving school need to wait so long about  9 months . We still waiting our case , we sent all evidence documents and photo to our lawyer. But we afraid many asylum seeker they will not accept us or another reason. We need to find job for us , in order to help our kids. Because we can’t go back to our home country.  Please help kindly tell about organisation to help consultant and thanks so much.
