Dear @Midofory,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

First of all, well done! Congratulations to your graduation - that's a big step!

It is a bit difficult to give advice without knowing your personal situation in detail. In general, applying for asylum is of course an option if you are not able to return to your home country or if it is too dangerous (which I assume is the case with Sudan). However, being an asylum seeker also comes with some strict rules and obligations. If you grauduated in Germany (but also abroad and it is recognised here), I am sure you would be able to find a job here as well and receive a respective residence permit. I highly recommend you to get some individual counselling in a migration counselling office. The social workers can assess your situation as a whole and support you with the next steps.

With this search engine, for instance, you can find an organisation in your area. In case you face any difficulties or you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get back to us.

All the best,

Meike
