Regarding the citizenship: Normally, people must have lived in Germany (legally) for at least 5 years to be able to apply (in exceptional cases 3 years).

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question!

As German citizen planning to marry abroad, you can apply for the certificate of no impediment ("Ehefähigkeitszeugnis") in the registry office ("Standesamt"), which is responsible for the area of your current or last official address in Germany. You can also apply in a written form. If you have never been registered in Germany, one certain Standesamt in Berlin is responsible.

Nutze bitte die Informationsseite des Deutschen Zentralinstitut für soziale Fragen (DZI), eine Prüfinstanz, die die Glaubwürdigkeit und Transparenz von Hilfsorganisationen bewertet: ****://***.dzi.de/spenderberatung/.

Falls du die Sachspenden an karitative Einrichtungen gibst und die dann doch kl. Beträge damit erwirtschaften, dann werden diese, so sollte es zumindest sein, an soziale Projekte weitergeben.

thank you for sharing this question with the wefugees communiy which is of highly interest for a lot of people for sure.

The Skilled Immigration Act, is a new law which expands the possibilities for qualified professionals to come to work in Germany. In future, qualified professionals will be people with a university degree or qualified vocational training with a training period of at least two years. The prerequisite for both groups is that their foreign qualifications have been recognized by the competent body in Germany.

For qualified specialists there is the opportunity to come to Germany with a specific job offer or to stay as a qualified specialist for 6 months to **** for work in Germany. The prerequisite for this is that you have a university degree and can make a living yourself for the time. You are not allowed to work during your stay (looking for work). You can apply for this visa at your German diplomatic mission. If you are in Sri Lanka, the responsible office is in Colombo.

Schön wieder von dir zu hören!

Da die Teilnehmenden ja noch in der Unterkunft wohnen, macht es bestimmt Sinn die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu beleuchten, ab wann und unter welchen Voraussetzungen sie sich eine eigene Wohnung suchen können/dürfen. Gerade auch in Bezug auf eine etwaige Wohnsitzauflage und deren rechtliche Folgen. Soweit ward ihr wahrscheinlich selbst auch schon ;)

Darüber hinaus erscheint es mir sinnvoll, auch eine gewisse Praxisorientierung mit einzubauen: Wie laufen Wohnungsbesichtigungen ab, wie verhalte ich mich, welche Unterlagen muss ich mitbringen? Das uns vertraute Konzept einer Wohnungsbesichtigung, ist in den Herkunftsländern ja meist nicht bekannt.

Gleiches gilt für die zahlreichen Online-Portale, über die ein Großteil des Wohnungsmarkts abgewickelt wird: Welche einschlägigen Seiten gibt es, wie gehe ich damit um, wie sollte ich die Inserierenden anschreiben, um möglichst hohe Chancen auf Erfolg zu haben? Und so weiter...

Das nur mal so ein paar spontane Ideen von mir.

Ein Freund von mir aus dem Tschad lebt im Asylheim in Potsfam und hat nun eine Vollzeitstelle in Berlin begonnen, für die er jeden Tag 2 Stunden hin und 2 zurück fahren muss. Er wäre super dankbar, über eine Zimmer in Berlin.

Hi, I've researched this question and the only kind of meat that Muslims are not allowed to eat under any circumstances is pork. Other types of meat are OK as long as the animal has been slaughtered correctly, in the halal way.

wir arbeiten daran :)
Momentan ist es das einfachste, wenn man seinen Ort als #Ort mit in die Frage schreibt bzw. in die unten angeführten Tags schreibt. Dann kann man super danach filtern. Wir werden das in Zukunft aber auch noch deutlicher machen, damit jeder versteht wo er den Ort/die Stadt hinschreiben kann.
Es gibt natürlich auch viele Ortsunabhängige Fragen, weshalb wir das nicht verpflichtend machen möchten und keine Orts Kategorien erstellen.
