First of all a big shout out and greetings to the lawyers of this platform for extending their helping hand to me! After completion of my nursing,I am working currently at the hospital. Apart from engaging myself in professional life, I want to broaden my knowledge in healthcare and medical field therefore I submitted my application for Bachelor's degree in the University of applied Science. Yes, in general it should be possible. I am aware of cases in which people went to Saudi Arabia for Umrah from Germany with a refugee passport (blue passport). I would advise you to contact the Saudi embassy in Germany or a consulate to get more information and details about the requirements/process. As people explained me, there are “agencies” who support in this as well.

Ich habe gerade noch einmal recherchiert, ob und wie eine Person, die einen Aufenthalt nach §25 (3) besitzt, reisen kann. Also innerhalb der EU ist das auf jeden Fall möglich, wie du auch in diesem Beitrag lesen kannst. Allerdings ist dazu, wie du bereits befürchtet hast, ein gültiges Reisedokument erforderlich. Hier werden nochmal konkret die Bestimmungen für die Schweiz beschrieben und es wird ebenfalls auf ein Reisedokument verwiesen. Um sicher zu gehen, ruf doch vielleicht einfach mal in der schweizerischen Botschaft in Deutschland an.

First of all, I am sorry to learn about your stressful and difficult situation.

There was a new law introduced in August 2019 which also established the section 62 (6) of the German Residence Act. This section is referring to the 14 days of custody if people (who are supposed to get deported) are not collaborating with the authorities, not showing up in health assessments (checking travel fitness) or not applying at the embassy for identity documents, for instance.

If your asylum application is still pending in court, I assume you hired a lawyer? In that case, please inform him/her about the letter and the impending custody.

As I am not experienced with similar situations, I will also link two of our wonderful experts here. Dear @mbe-on_Zsigó or @Mbeon-Lena, can you share more information on this?

If you scroll down, there is one person offering E-guitar lessons for 8€. There seem to be plenty of options. You can simply send them a message or call them!

Du kannst auch Sprachcafés besuchen. Da kann man einfach Leute kennenlernen und zusammen Deutsch sprechen. Dienstag im Monat um 19 Uhr statt (im Musik- und Kulturzentrum (MUK e.V.) in der Güntherstraße 65 in Dortmund).

Also sollte es nächste Woche Dienstag (07.11.) wieder stattfinden.

die Einreise in die USA erfordert in der Regel den Besitz eines gültigen Reisepasses und eines Visums.

Für Staatsangehörige bestimmter Länder entfällt die Visumspflicht, jedoch gehört Afghanistan nicht dazu. Aus diesem Grund ist es unbedingt notwendig, sich möglichst frühzeitig um ein Visum zu bemühen. Das Vergabe- bzw. Bewilligungsverfahren scheint wohl mitunter relativ lange zu dauern.

Alle relevanten Informationen über die Visavergabe finden sich auf der Website der amerikanischen Botschaften und Konsulate in Deutschland:

Dort finden sich auch detailliert aufgeschlüsselte Informationen zu den verschiedenen Formen von Visa, die sich jeweils nach dem Grund der Reise und der Dauer des Aufenthalts unterscheiden. Auch die Kosten für die Beantragung variieren je nach Typ.

Ich nehme mal an, dass in diesem Fall ein Visum für einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ein solches Nicht-Einwanderungsvisum, das beispielsweise touristischen Zwecken oder einem Familienbesuch dient, nennt sich „B2 Besuchervisum“.
