About passport

Hello sir/medam

I have 104c resisdance permit now I have been hand over my passport to the aüslander behörde for check . Now it’s almost 4 months but still they did not gave me back . So can u please tell me how long does it take ? And m I have to worry about it ?

Hi. They will only give you back if you have been granted the document. You can't ask your passport back unless you want to voluntarily return to your home country. You can ask your lawyer to contact them if you are worried. Again all the best...
