Umverteilungsantrang

I haven't been able to obtain employment in my very rural municipality due to my inability to speak German I also don't have language courses. All the employment opportunities are in the nearby towns, I attended a few interviews but got rooted out due to my transportation problems. Is there any possibility to ask Landkreis to relocate me? Within the same Landkreis or at least anywhere else in Niedersachsen? For instance, providing evidence that two potential employers did not employ me due to my location.

Hi. What is stopping you from learning the language? Talking from experience without the language or the certificates you will regret it. Having to be relocate within the district you are in because of a job offer isn't enough.
