I was deported from Germany to France due to Dublin decision. My family members' passport was given back when we were at border, but my passport was missing. Person delivered us to the border said, there is nothing he can do and will have to ask HQ, and said he can not take us back. French police officer was there and said nothing, just brought us to French side and left at the bus station. I contacted Auslanderbehorde officer over email and he replied that his office never had my passport and he must ask BAMF. Once, I requested update again, he said it was sent to central immigration office in Essen and he can not get answers from there.

They didn't issue any travel document. Now, I don't have my passport and can not get a new one.

What can or should I do in this case?

PS: I applied for asylum in France and they gave me an asylum seekers certificate.

Thank you in advance for your kind support and efforts you put in refugee community.
