Hello there, I have been living in Germany for over five years. Initially, I had a residence permit, but I somehow lost it. Afterward, I held a normal Duldung for about a year, followed by an Ausbildungsduldung. I am currently in the second year of Ausbildungsduldung. The issue with Ausbildungsduldung is that I have no right to a minijob or the freedom to travel. I have been waiting for permission for a minijob for over seven months. I am aware that I will eventually receive a residence permit under 19d, but this process is too distant. My life is becoming increasingly complicated, and I am facing hardships due to the inability to travel. (Please note that I have never hidden my identity or attempted to deceive the ABH.) Therefore, I am contemplating applying for a residence permit under 104c and subsequently extending it under 25b.

Some says that as i am living here in Germany for over six years, I am automatically eligible for section 25b. Therefore i should apply directly to that.

Moreoever, I appreciate and thank the members of mbeon for dedicating their time to answering our questions with great patience, despite any inconvenience or annoyance we are causing.
