Ok i was in

 court last month for my asylum appeal the judge found out my family have a resident permit he said for my family resident permit to be save i should withdraw the case in court and i should work with my lawyer
Yea my wife and my two kids have a resident permit of 1 year the send child have paragraph 33. Is it why the judge say i should withdraw my appeal in court?

Thank you for getting back to us.

Based on the information so far it is unfortunately still not possible to give a detailed advice. I did not understand yet, what exactly the judge meant if he/she was referring to a family residence permit. Do you have a wife or child (more information here) in Germany who holds a valid residence permit or even the German citizenship? In case you have a child here, are you officially recognised as father and are you taking care of the child?

However, as the judge already recommended, please discuss the following steps with your lawyer as well. He/she will know your personal situation and the perspectives best.
