My asylum application got rejected and my Ausbildung will be finished soon - Can I get an "Ausbildungsduldung"? [closed]

i Need some answers please, in 3 month that’s 30.8.2020 my ausbildung will finished and now my Asyl got rejected, please i want to know if I apply for ausbildung Duldung the Auslanderbeholden will approve it or not, and I want to know if I can apply the ausbildung Duldung myself or go to a lawyer to do it for me, and I still want to know, for an example if I don’t get the ausbildung Duldung and I finish my ausbildung what will happen to me and how will I get my resident permit if I don’t deported thanks.

As your "Ausbildung" in Germany is almost completed, I was thinking about the option for you to apply for a residence permit according to §18a of the Residence law. We discussed the requirements and details already a few times on this platform. You may want to check the following thread or also this discussion with similar content for more information.

thanks for your reply, the problem am still having now is that, am still having Aufentisgesttetung, i want to apply for ausbildung Duldung before I got Nagetive on my Alsy appreciation, but I want ask is it good I do the ausbildung Duldung Antrag myself or use a Laywer thanks

Thanks for your comment, the problem now is that I don’t yet ausbildung Duldung and my ausbildung will be over in the next 2 month. That’s just the problem, what can I do if I don’t get my ausbildung Duldung Till I finish my Ausbildung.

Dear @Luckywiz, after your vocational training you can extend your "Ausbildungsduldung" for 6 months to **** for a job in your profession. If you have found a qualified job, you can apply for a residence permit according to § 19d Aufenthaltsgesetz (Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Geduldete). Important is, that you don't have any social benefits Best regards manrhei-mbeon

I recommend you visit a refugee advice center. If you give me your place of residence, I will inform you about adresses.
