I when to birth certificate office to make a birth certificate for the child and they said that my own birth certificate as father is not clear to them..because my birth certificate was made in 2017 ..6 July..and am born in 1997.. they said my birthday was not made since 1997 .so they said my Identity is not clear to them.

Unfortunately, it happens quite often, that the local civil registry office ("Standesamt") is not accepting parents' birth certificates from foreign countries if they doubt the authenticity. However, you should always be able to receive an "extract from the birth registry" for your child. As stated in the brochure, the extract is provisional, but an official document and not less so than a birth certificate.
