Dear @Md Jain uddin,
Thank you for reaching out to Wefugees and for sharing your situation with us.
We have had a similar question on our platform before, please have a **** at this thread:
Can I apply for asylum for the 3rd time in Germany?
Also, the answer on the following thread explains what needs to be considered when applying for asylum again:
I have Duldung since I withdrew my asylum application - can I apply again based on my homosexual orientation?
I assume that your illegal stay in Germany between the rejection of your Asylfolgeantrag and now can be problematic. On the threads I shared with you here, Thorgen explains that BAMF could be suspicious about the timing of your new application. It is relevant to provide them with convincing evidence that your personal situation - why you seek asylum, respectively to the situation in your home country - has changed for the worse. BAMF could assume you apply again to avoid deportation.
Since we don't have all the necessary details to your case and therefore can't assess properly what options you have, I would highly recommend to contact a local counselling center - a refugee law clinic/ refugee council, for example. You can let us know where you live and we can research some contact information for you!
I hope the information I shared with you here helps a bit. Feel free to reach out to us again if you need any further assistance.
All the best,
Isa
