SO I GOT IT AND CAME BACK TO **** AFTER MY MUM. AND NOW I HAVE MARRIED TO A BELGIUM CITIZEN OVER HERE IN GHANA BUT SHE LEAVES AND WORK IN BELGIUM, SO IF I WANT TO GO TO BELGIUM TO LEAVE WITH HER WHAT WILL BE MY STATUS THERE, WILL IT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET A VISA. Hello sir congratulations you are married man now

As long and as much I know if you are married with a European citizen and she can help you with all and bring you to Belgium then you will be granted a status of European family member as they will give you a resident permit for 5 years in Belgium and in Belgium normally after 5 years you can have permanent stay and that's all there is nothing to do with your Italian rejected assylum case thats a totally different case  I hope my answer would help you somehow

Have a good luck with everything

Im very sure sir if you don't have any criminal record in Italy which can lead to problems without that if you apply for entry clearance visa for Belgium at Belgium embassy in your country and all papers work is done as it supposed to be they will grant you visa to enter Belgium but it all depends on your case and on Belgium embassy but if everything is fine with paper work then you will be granted visa I hope you will get your work done soon

Take care
