Hello @Smile

Nice to hear from you again.

Indeed, it is possible to apply for asylum again after your initial application has been rejected. It's called "Asylfolgeantrag".

But keep in mind that there is only a chance of success if there has been a drastic change of your situation or the situation in your home country since the first procedure. For example if there was a change of government, if family members have been arrested in your home country or if there is other fresh evidence for a newly occuring danger to life etc.

Also, if you got an illness that can't be treated properly in your home country, it can build ground for a successful second application (or at least suspension of deportation).

You have to apply for it at the same office of BAMF that processed your first application. Note that you have to reapply within 3 months after finding out about the fresh evidences you want to provide.

Best regards,

Thorgen
