I have Duldung - how can I get back my Arbeitserlaubnis (work permit)?

Can i get back my arbeiterlubnis again because I work since 2013 now I got one month duldung the Cancel my arbeiterlubnis

Hello @Krish

You have to get in contact with Ausländerbehörde in order to get an Arbeitserlaubnis. They have to give their consent for every job that you want to start working in. In addition Ausländerbehörde will ask Bundesagentur für Arbeit for their consent as well, but fortunately you don't have to contact them yourself. Since your previous work permit has been revoked you might get a new one this way.

In this case there is nothing you can do as far as I can see. It's up to Ausländerbehörde to decide whether they allow you to work or not. Best regards

Now I got 1 month duldung
Keine arebeit Erlaubnis
I can live & travel around my state ,
Before I have all that now this kind of cituation, I lived 7 years germany work about 5 years
Now everything change suddenly mentally I'm pursued any best solutions?
